DAILY CLEANING
SERVICE
TRASH
Empty all ash trays and ash urns, clean as required. Refill
with silica sand as required.
Empty all waste paper baskets and other trash containers.
Carry trash to designated area. Insert liner as required.
Remove all fingerprints, dirt, smudges, graffiti, etc., from
all door frames, glass partitions, windows, light switches
and walls.
Properly align office furniture, returning chairs and waste
baskets to proper positions.
Clean, sanitize all drinking fountains.
FLOORS
Carpeted Floors: All carpeted floors will be vacuumed
nightly.
Uncarpeted Floors: Hard-surfaced floors are to be dust
mopped using a treated mop to remove all dirt and grit. Wet
mop with clear water to remove any spills and stains.
RESTROOMS
Wash and polish all mirrors, dispensers, faucets,
flushometers, and bright work with non-scratch disinfectant
cleaners.
Wash and sanitize all toilets, toilet seats, urinals and
sinks with non- scratch disinfectant cleaner. Wipe dry all
sinks.
Remove stains from toilets, urinals and sinks as required.
Sweep and mop all restroom floors with disinfectant
germicidal solution.
Empty all waste and sanitary napkin and tampon receptacles.
EXTERIOR
MAINTENANCE
Sweep exterior entry to curb.
Pick up waste materials near front entrance area
SECURITY
Secure all lights as soon as possible each night of
cleaning.
A minimum of lights are to be left on during cleaning
operations.
Set alarm upon existing the building if requested.
